Teknogrout EX is a self–leveling, single-component non-shrinkable mixture with high adhesion and strength.

Recommendations for use:

For outdoor use, in the first 2 hours of solidification, the mixture must be protected from moisture, sunlight and frost. The reaction time in cement-based products varies depending on the temperature of the soil and the environment.
When used in conditions of low temperature, it is necessary to use warm water, at elevated temperatures – cold water.
Work should be carried out in compliance with safety and hygiene standards, using masks and glasses.
The freshly laid solution must be protected from adverse weather conditions (direct sunlight, high temperatures < 35 C, precipitation and frost).
After application, the equipment must be immediately rinsed with water until the mixture solidifies. Otherwise, it can only be cleaned mechanically.

Instructions for use:

The surface should be clean, smooth, firm. Make sure that there are no third-party substances, oils, rust, detergents and waste on the surface. If there are cracks or other damages on the surface, they must be previously repaired with Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300EX repair solutions. Use Teknogrout EX 3-4 days after surface repair.
To prepare a working solution for one package (25 kg bag), 4-6 liters of water is required. Fill the prepared container with clean tap water in the minimum recommended amount. Turn on the mixer and slowly add the dry mixture without interruptions. Mixing is carried out at low speeds (400-500 rpm) for 1 minute until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Apply the finished mixture evenly to the surface for 5-20 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. It is necessary to pour the mixture on one side, while evenly distributing it over the surface to prevent the formation of voids and accelerate the filling of the necessary space. The height of the fill layer should be from 10 to 60 mm. If it is necessary to fill a layer larger than 60 mm, it is recommended to add fillers 5-12 mm long to the solution, based on 30% of the total amount of the mixture. The filler is added to the pre-prepared solution until a homogeneous mixture is obtained for 3-5 minutes.
The prepared formwork must be strong, solid, airtight and securely fastened. Before pouring the mixture, the wooden formwork boards must be treated with formwork grease.
