Return of surplus material

You always have the opportunity to return the excess goods if:

• no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase, not including the day of purchase
• the factory packaging of the product and its presentation and characteristics are preserved, the product is not damaged
• do you have a receipt (invoice) for the goods

What you need to do to exchange or return the goods

Get in touch with us by phone, and let us know that you want to return or exchange the goods. In order to avoid misunderstandings and waste of time, the manager will clarify what exactly you want to return, whether this product is subject to return, in what condition it is, what documents need to be prepared and will agree with you on a convenient method of return. 

Goods that are sold "on the cut" are not subject to exchange and return: goods in aerosol packaging, linear and layered metal products, pipe products, lumber, mouldings (skirting boards, platbands), plate materials (fiberboard and chipboard, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to the size determined by the buyer (customer).

The return delivery of the goods upon return is always carried out at the expense of the buyer.

The period during which a refund is possible is 14 days

The return of the goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". During the period of 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, it is possible to issue a return of the goods provided: the goods were not in operation; all seals and labels were preserved; the integrity of the kit and packaging was not violated; the document confirming payment was saved; and the goods do not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994). 

The period during which the client can expect a refund

Up to 3 banking days from the moment we receive the goods. The funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made: cash, card, bank transfer.
