Unlike traditional generators that operate at a fixed speed/rpm, the OPTIMAT portable generator is equipped with a microprocessor controlled Smart Throttle technology that adjusts the engine speed exactly according to the load. If the generator is not powering multiple devices, it runs at a slower speed.
Thus, the generator reduces fuel consumption, extending the service life of the engine and increasing the intervals between refilling the fuel tank. When the load increases, the generator automatically increases speed and rpm, adapting to the energy demand.
The device has two operating modes:
- Operating mode S1 – continuous operation. The generator can operate continuously at a certain power level.
- Operating mode S2 – short-term operation. The generator can operate for a short period of time (5 seconds) at a certain power level.
