The PPE harness 6мм is a sealing harness made of foamed polyethylene. It is produced by foaming polyethylene granules. The foaming process takes place by high-pressure extrusion with hydrocarbon. At the same time, special foaming agents are added in the process. Cylindrical bundles are made of different diameters from 6mm to 60mm using a press. After cooling and polymerization, the harness retains its desired shape and is ready for use in structures for its intended purpose.

The elasticity of foamed polyethylene is maintained at low temperatures and does not deteriorate over time. The PPE harness, after compression, quickly restores its original shape even after a long period of time. Polypropylene cord does not allow water and steam to pass through, so it is used in the seam insulation system for its intended purpose.
