Доброго дня, Тетяно. Відгуки не видаляємо, вони проходять модерацію та публікуються. Нам дуже прикро, що так сталось. Це перший випадок, до цього, нарікань на роботу душової системи NIAGARA, у нас не було.
Хочу написать итог. В начале написали отзыв он не появился на странице. Поэтому подумали что отзывы удаляют. Нам отправили другую систему на обмен. Нашли причину. Система вполне рабочая для города и для многоэтажек, там где вода идет с сильным напором и без перебоев. Мы живём в частном доме, вода в дом заходит с помощью гидрофора. Кран отлично смотрится. Очень жалко что нам пришлось его вернуть, на самом деле вид у него шикарный. Спасибо магазину за то что помогли нам с обменом и возвратом товара.
