Anchor shackle
Anchor bracket (clip for underfloor heating, harpoon bracket, retainer, pipe mount) - a specially designed fastening element necessary for a water underfloor heating system, which serves for reliable fastening of any types of pipes of the system to thermal insulation mats made of expanded polystyrene.
The anchor bracket is one of the most important and irreplaceable elements of the installation of a warm water floor. It is a red clip that has impact-resistant plastic teeth. Stamped polymer is used for its production.
The bracket is applied along the entire length of the underfloor heating pipelines. Special attention should be paid to the places of its bends and turns. The recommended mounting consumption is 2-3 staples per m.p. pipe or one package (100 pcs) per 50 m.p. pipe. The average distance between the fixing points of the pipe should be at least 0.2 — 0.4 meters.
The anchor bracket for a warm water floor is attached to the pipes of the underfloor heating system, and is deeply and securely fixed in the heat-insulating polystyrene foam mats with special grooves (recesses). This is achieved by the fact that the pipe is clamped in a special clip spacer, which is almost impossible to unbend after installation.
Our company produces a universal bracket, as it is suitable not only for pipes of 16 diameter, but also for underfloor heating pipes with a diameter of 20 mm. We also produce a special anchor bracket for the tucker, to facilitate and accelerate the installation of underfloor heating pipes. The anchor bracket is refueled into a tucker, which works using stapler technology, drives anchor brackets for fixing pipes into a styrofoam mat (EPPS, foam). The tucker pistol has a long handle that allows you to fix the staples (harpoon staples, clamps). A fixing device is located at the lower end of the tucker handle for fixing pipes.
