Concrete pavement repair
At such large-scale facilities with increased security, such as airports, the repair of concrete surfaces of runways is a very important component. Depending on the required thickness of the application, we suggest using a non-shrinking fast-hardening dry concrete mixture of a self-leveling type intended for structural repair of concrete.
- Teknogrout EX is used to repair concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces when applying mortar with a layer of 10 to 60 mm, the commissioning time after repair is 2 hours.
- Teknogrout 350 is used for surface repair with a thickness of application from 10 to 75 mm, the commissioning time after repair is 1 hour.
The presented mixtures are very easy to apply. Due to good fluidity, all holes and potholes of horizontal concrete surfaces are tightly filled. They have high adhesion rates and quickly gain strength, and the surface can be put into operation in a few hours.
With all these qualities, a pleasant bonus will be the water resistance of the repaired surface, its resistance to freezing, moisture and chemicals.
