Karoapp® adjustable supports are effective modern solutions for the rapid arrangement of all types of terrace coverings, pedestrian fountains, the creation of raised floors of public, office spaces and server rooms. Ideal for temporary and seasonal structures, such as summer areas of restaurants and swimming pools, stages and outdoor patios. At the end of the season, such structures can be disassembled until the next one, and special conditions are not needed for the storage of supports. This system is an alternative solution that eliminates the production of concrete screed for leveling the floor under the finish coating and allows you to compensate for all the irregularities and slopes of the surface without additional costs.
Each Karoapp® support it has resistance to loads over 900 kg, and the width of the support base is 195 mm. The installation of the supports can be carried out without mechanical screwing, if there is such a need – there are holes for fastening in the lower part of the support. Logs or slabs are placed on the supports from above, and under the influence of its own weight, the structure becomes stationary. For the convenience and speed of mounting the coatings on the supports, special clamps, connecting strips, compensating gaskets and tilt angle correctors were developed.
The shape and construction of the supports were specially designed for maximum convenience of laying the coating, which can be used as:
- Tile materials made of porcelain stoneware, polycarbonate, glass
- A board made of natural wood and composite materials
- Gratings made of metal and polymer materials
- Logs made of metal and wood for laying decking
In the production of adjustable Karoapp® supports, high-quality polypropylene is used, which is a safe material. Unlike metal supports, polypropylene is waterproof, not subject to corrosion and does not have a negative impact on waterproofing coatings of any kind, even during long-term operation. This material has a high resistance to temperature changes and can be operated in the range from -35 to +40 ˚С.
