Instructions for use:

Surface preparation:

The surface to be applied must be dry and clean, without damage, traces of oil, paraffin, grease, etc. Surface defects, such as cracks, should be eliminated using suitable products.

POLYURETHANE PRO is applied to a pre-primed surface (PU or epoxy primer is used, depending on the surface).

Requirements for the foundation:

• Hardness R28 - 15 MPa
• Temperature — +5°C-+35 °C
• The relative humidity of the air is <85%.

Preparation of the material:

The material is ready for use. Before applying, mix the contents of the jar until smooth for 2-3 minutes using a low-speed mixer.

Application:

POLYURETHANE PRO is applied in two layers using a combed spatula, brush, roller or airless spray device.

• Do not allow more than 24 hours between layers
• In case of exceeding the time of interlayer application (24 hours), the surface should be sanded
• If the material is applied using an airless spray device, the material should be diluted with a suitable solvent in the recommended proportions
• Place the material in a warm room 24 hours before application. Before applying, open the package and mix the material until smooth using a low-speed mixer
• POLYURETHANE PRO is ready for use and does not require dilution with solvents
• POLYURETHANE PRO allows you to control the consumption of the material due to its uniformity and the possibility of application using a combed spatula, roller or brush
• The surface after application should be protected from rain, mechanical influences and other external influences until the material dries completely
• The time of interlayer application is 8-12 hours, however, it can be increased in cold weather and reduced in hot weather.

Expenditure:

First layer: 0.6 - 0.8 kg/m²
Second layer: 0.6 - 0.9 kg/m²
Total consumption — 1.5 kg/m² (minimum)
