Instructions for use

The surface for application must be cleaned of any kind of oil, rust, detergents and other substances that prevent setting. If there are areas in the form of cracks, cavities on the surface, they should be repaired beforehand with the help of convenient cement mixtures Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300EX. The insulated surface must be dry and prepared. 

Use Teknobond 300 as a primer. After its curing, you can start applying Teknomer 600 2K. Before use, mix component A with a low-speed mixer, gradually adding component B. Mixing time is at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The material is ready for use and does not require dilution with water and other liquids. Do not work in direct sunlight.

The ready-to-use material is applied to the surface with a wide brush or spray. Apply in two layers. The direction of application in each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one. The time interval between applying layers is at least 5 hours. Fiberglass mesh can be used as reinforcement between the layers.

Between the layers, you need to use fiberglass as reinforcement.

After application, protect the surface from adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above +35°C), rain and frost.
