Teknosil solvent water repellent TEKNO
Teknosil is a silane-siloxane water-repellent insulating material with a solvent to protect all types of mineral surfaces from external factors.
Where it is used:
- hydrophobization of facades
- weakly absorbent surfaces made of concrete, marble, granite, slate
- porous surfaces - brick, aerated concrete, travertine
- weather protection of historical monuments and monuments
Advantages:
- high penetrating power
- reduces the negative impact of the atmosphere
- resistant to alkalis and UV rays
- increases the strength characteristics of the surface
- contains solvent
Instructions for use
The application surface must be cleaned of any kind of oil, rust, mold, detergents and other substances that prevent setting. If there are cracks or depressions on the surface, they should be repaired beforehand with the appropriate Teknorep repair solutions.
The material is ready for use and does not require dilution with other substances. The material should be applied with a roller, brush or spray. The time interval between applying layers is at least 4 hours.
After application, protect the surface from adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above 35 °C), rain and frost until fully cured. Immediately after application, the equipment must be cleaned with a solvent.
Application Notes/Restrictions:
- Follow the safety regulations. Use gloves, masks, glasses when using the product
- Avoid contact with skin and contact with eyes
- Do not apply on PVC and metal surfaces
- Do not add water and foreign substances to the material
