The WG 145-1 handrail is an ideal choice for medical centers and hospitals. And also has two functions, both a handrail and a bump. It has a spectacular appearance due to the configuration of both external transition elements and internal ones, which allows you to mount the bump along the perimeter of the room with one single tape, and this is an excellent design and functional solution.

Mounting:Before installation, it is necessary to measure the desired length of the aluminum bearing profile, then cut off the required length.

Mark and drill holes for mounting in an aluminum bearing profile with a diameter of 6-6.5 mm. Fixing of railings-bumpers is made by dowels of the following types, which are not included in the delivery package:

brick base dowel 10x60 (80), self-tapping screws 6x160;

concrete base dowel 10x60, self-tapping screws 6x160;

the base is made of drywall, Molly dowel, bolts 6x140.

At the next stage, it is necessary to drill holes in the wall using a puncher (at the rate of 2 brackets per 1 m / n, but not more than 600 mm between the brackets). For marking, use an aluminum bearing profile with already prepared mounting holes as a template.
Install the bearing aluminum profile by alternately placing the brackets opposite the holes and fixing them without tightening with screws or bolts to the corresponding dowel.
Cut the required length of the internal shock absorber and fix it in a special groove, which is located in the aluminum bearing profile.
The final fixation with screws (bolts) of the aluminum bearing profile is performed after the installation of all transitional and final elements (plugs, corners).
Installation of all transitional and final elements (plugs, corners) to the aluminum bearing profile is carried out using self-drilling screws 3,9x16 DIN 7504 N.
After performing all the above actions, it is necessary to make the final fixation of the aluminum profile with self-tapping screws (bolts) to the base of the wall, having previously placed it in the mounting position.
Cut to size and install decorative vinyl linings and polycarbonate panels.
If the length of straight sections is more than 4 m / n, the installation of an aluminum bearing profile and a vinyl decorative lining must be made joint-to-joint and in a run-up of min 100 mm.
