Teknoself is a one—component self-leveling solution for self-leveling floors with synthetic polymer additives and increased adhesive strength.

Applications:

It is used as a leveling screed to prepare the surface for tiles, ceramics, granite, marble, parquet, linoleum, carpet.
It is used both in residential and industrial construction.
For areas where it is necessary to pour a self-leveling coating with a thickness of more than 10 mm.

Instructions for use:

Before applying, clean the surface from any types of oil, rust, detergents and other substances that prevent setting. If there are areas in the form of cracks, cavities on the surface - they should be repaired with the help of convenient cement mixtures Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300EX. For better adhesion, the prepared surface must be treated with a TEKNOLATEX 500 or TEKNOLATEX 300 primer, depending on its structure. Dry surfaces should be slightly moistened. TEKNOSELF should be applied after 3-4 days.

Distribute the prepared material evenly over the primed surface. Before applying, we recommend removing air bubbles with a needle roller. The solution should be kneaded using a low-speed electric mixer (maximum 400 revolutions per minute) until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Gradually add the powder material to a container with 5-6 liters of water and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The amount of water to mix may vary depending on the ambient temperature. The solution should be used and spread on the surface for 30 minutes.

Warnings for use:

After application, it is necessary to protect the surface from adverse weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (more than 35 °C), rain and frost.
It is not recommended to apply a mixture with a thickness of more than 10 mm in one layer.
It is necessary to protect the floor from contact with water after applying the solution.
The tools and equipment used must be washed with warm water immediately after use.
The recommended time for putting the surface into operation is 24 hours.
