Teknomer 200 EX Crystallized is a deep penetration elastic waterproofing for concrete, which forms a seamless elastic waterproofing coating. Creates protection to negative and positive water pressure. It consists of a powder component based on cement, a liquid component based on acrylic and special additives that increase the water resistance and workability of the application surface.

Where it is used:

for indoor and outdoor use
for vertical and horizontal surfaces
for rooms with high humidity (bathrooms and shower rooms, balconies, terraces and basements)
for foundations and exterior walls of basements
for concrete, brick and plastered surfaces

Instructions for use

The application surface must be cleaned of any kind of oil, rust, detergents and other substances that prevent setting. If there are areas in the form of cracks, cavities on the surface - they should be repaired with the help of convenient cement mixtures Teknorep 300 and Teknorep 300 EX. If there is an active water leak, it must be eliminated using Teknoplug.

Before applying, the surface must be moistened. The application surface must be protected from the sun, rain and dust for 1 day and must not be exposed to direct sunlight.

The liquid component should be placed in a clean container, observing the mixing proportions, slowly add the powder mixture and mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer (500 rpm) for 5 minutes. Soak the solution for 3 minutes and continue mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed.

The prepared solution should be applied to the surface in 2 or 3 layers with a roller or brush. The direction of application in each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one. The time interval between applying layers is at least 3 hours. The total thickness of the application of 3 mm will be enough. Corners and joints on the application surface must be sealed with elastic insulating tape for sealing Teknomer Pah Band 120/70 construction joints. After application, the surface must be protected from direct sunlight, frost and wind for at least 1 day.
