PROPOOL 2K protective varnish has excellent adhesion to surfaces such as concrete, metal, stone and wood. It can be easily applied in offices and residential areas, giving different colors, creating the desired decor.

Instructions for use:

Surface preparation:

The humidity of the base should not exceed 5%. The applied surface must be dry and clean, without damage. Concrete and gypsum foundations must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, dirt, fuel waste and paraffin with suitable solvents. Damaged coatings, uneven surfaces and cracks should be repaired with suitable products. After repair, the applied surface is coated with a primer of POLYPRIME AST102, and then the main layer of PROPOOL 2K COLOR.

Requirements for the foundation:

Hardness R28 - 15 MPa
Temperature — +5°C-+35°C
Relative humidity — <85%

Preparation of the material:

Before applying, PROPOOL 2K COLOUR is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Application:

TOPCOAT 2K COLOUR is applied using a combed spatula, roller, brush or airless spray device.
Please note that if the material is applied by an airless spray device, the pressure must be at least 150 bar.
Do not allow more than 24 hours between layers.
In case of exceeding the time of interlayer application (24 hours), the surface should be sanded.
If the material is applied using an airless spray device, the material should be diluted with a suitable solvent in the recommended proportions.
Place the material in a warm room 24 hours before application. Before applying, open the package and mix the material until smooth using a low-speed mixer.
The surface after application should be protected from rain, mechanical influences and other external influences until the material dries completely.
The time of interlayer application (usually 8-12 hours) can be increased in cold weather and reduced in hot weather.
