Waterproofing compound Teknomer 200 EX W-Blue, 20kg+10kg TEKNO
Teknomer 200 EX W-Blue is a two-component elastic polymer-cement waterproofing of blue color, resistant to ultraviolet rays. It consists of a powder component, a liquid component based on acrylic and special additives that increase water resistance. Creates protection against leaks and penetration of surface water.

Instructions for use:
Before applying the material, the surface should be cleaned of any types of oil, rust, detergents, dirt and other substances that prevent setting.
If there are cracks or other damages on the surface, they must be previously repaired with Teknorep repair solutions.
You should also determine the water pressure. Teknomer 200 EX W- Blue is resistant to positive water pressure. If the water pressure is negative, this waterproofing should not be used.
Sharp corners and edges must be sealed with a thick repair mixture Teknorep 300.
On the surface to be tiled, each corner should be worked out using the Teknomer pah bandi tape.
To prepare the working solution, pour the liquid component (10 liters) into a clean container, then slowly pour out the powdered component (20 kg). Using a low-speed mixer (500 rpm), knead the composition for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Leave the resulting mixture for 2 minutes, then re-mix the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
Teknomer 200 EX W should be applied to the surface with a brush or spatula. Each next layer should be applied perpendicular to the previous one.
The drying time of one layer is 5-6 hours.
The total thickness of the layers is 2-3 mm.
Notes:
In the process of working with the material, it should be carefully applied to the surface.
Do not apply the mixture on chipboard, MDF, plywood, PVC, wooden and metal surfaces.
Do not add water to the mixture.
3 days after applying waterproofing, tiles or ceramics should be laid or plaster or screed applied to protect against all kinds of damage, scratches and bumps.
Immediately after applying waterproofing, it is necessary to protect the surface from adverse weather conditions (direct sunlight, high temperatures < 35 C, precipitation and frost).
Work should be carried out in compliance with safety and hygiene standards, using a mask and glasses.
The tools and equipment used must be washed immediately after use.
