Izoplast Mega-Tex is a bitumen adhesive sealant based on an organic solvent for gluing thermal insulation and waterproofing materials.

Scope of application:

Gluing styrofoam plates (EPS, XPS) to steel profiled sheets
Gluing plates of solid mineral wool
Gluing roofing material to existing insulation
Elimination of small leaks
Sealing gaps around chimneys
Filling of small scratches and cracks of vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces

Instructions for use:The surface should be smooth, free of dust and dirt.

Concrete surfaces should be primed with Izoplast R before application. Mix before use.

For gluing, the material is applied in strips 4 cm wide (about 3 strips per m2) or dotted (6-8 pieces per plate).

For roof insulation work, apply a 2-4 mm thick material.

Application Notes / Restrictions:Observe the safety and health regulations during the work.

Use protective gloves, clothing, glasses. In case of contact with the skin, rinse with plenty of soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
