Teknofay Flex C2TE S1 cement-based thixotropic adhesive with high adhesion, elasticity and extended working time of the mixture. It is used for gluing all types of ceramic tiles, porcelain, granite, marble, natural stone and clinker tiles, and bricks to various types of bases. When mixed with water, a plastic, homogeneous solution is formed.

Instructions for use

Surface quality:

The application surface must be cleaned of materials that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, resin and detergents. Weak parts should be dismantled and the damaged surface repaired with appropriate TEKNOREP materials. There should be no oil, dirt and rust on the surface.

Surface preparation:

If the application is to be carried out on marble, ceramics or a palette, the surface should be roughened. The concrete floor should be wet, but there should be no puddles on it.

Mixing:

Pour 6.0 - 7.0 liters of water into a clean container, which lacks all kinds of materials that prevent adhesion. Teknofay Flex is added to a container with water, it is mixed with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. The mixing time should be at least 5 minutes. Leave the solution obtained at the end of the process alone for 5-10 minutes, then mix it again for 2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous.

Recommendations for use:

The product may cause irritation if it gets on the skin.
Work clothes, protective gloves, masks and glasses should be used. A protective cream can be applied to the hand before starting work. If the solution gets into your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with warm water and consult a doctor.
In environmental conditions that will remain below +5°C, it must be protected, covered with nylon or protect the product from frost by putting thermal insulation plates.
It should be protected at temperatures above +35°C, should be covered with nylon or the product should be protected from sudden loss of water by enclosing thermal insulation boards.
After 24 hours after applying Teknofay Flex, the sealing of the seams should begin.
Do not add foreign substances.
After application, it is necessary to protect against adverse weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (more than 35 °C), rain and frost. Cleaning should be carried out with water before Teknofay Flex completely hardens. Immediately after application, wash your hands and face thoroughly with warm water and soap.
The equipment should be rinsed with water immediately after application before the solution hardens.

Store in the closed original packaging in a cool and dry place, protected from freezing.
