Chemical anchor Teknobond 400 P, polyester, 345 ml. TEKNO
Two-component moisture-resistant, thixotropic, quick-drying chemical composition based on synthetic epoxyacrylate resin.
Where it is used:
- Fixing and replacement of fittings during the construction of bridges, floors, stairs, support columns, overpasses, etc.
- Gluing of releases of working fittings when building up the foundation, connecting walls, floor slabs
- Fixing of steel elements
- House construction (installation of roofs, balconies, gates, gazebos, etc.)
- Installation of auxiliary equipment (satellite dishes, plumbing, lanterns, railings, balustrades, etc.)
- Installation of equipment that requires electrical insulation, for example, installation of handrails in tunnels
Features and Benefits:
- Can be used for wet holes
- Suitable not only for threaded fasteners, but also for fittings
- Vibration resistance
- High load-bearing capacity and tear-off strength
- It has high resistance to chemicals
- Monolithic connection, equally strong to the base material
- Ideal for porous and hollow materials
- Tightness and durability of the connection
- Easy to apply even on wet surfaces
Application Instructions:
- The surface for application must be cleaned of dust, dirt, loose particles, cement mortar residues, oils and fats.
- The concrete base must be clean, strong and have sufficient compressive strength.
- The application surface should be cleaned using compressed air to maintain maximum adhesion strength.
- The surface and ambient temperature should be min. +5°C... +35°C max.
To open the lid, turn it. Then install a static mixer. Place the cartridge in the gun and proceed with the application. When the application process is stopped, the tip of the static mixer can be left on the cartridge after the pressure in the sprayer is released. If the resin has hardened in the static mixer, a new insert must be installed before starting work. When storing an open cartridge, remove the static mixer by turning it, wipe the cartridge neck with a clean, dry cloth and close the lid.
Application method: Drill a hole of the required diameter and depth using a punch. The diameter and depth of the hole must correspond to the size of the anchor element used. The hole should be cleaned from the inside with a round wire brush and compressed air. Then hold the trigger until the two separate cartridge components exit the static mixer. Slowly pull out the cartridge, filling the hole with resin starting from the bottom of the hole. Make sure there are no air gaps inside.
An extension cord can be used in deep holes. Rotate the anchor when inserting it. The anchor element should be placed in the hole during the gelling period of the resin. During quenching, in no case should the anchor element be moved or loaded. During application, work clothes, glasses and protective seals should be used. The components of the material should not come into contact with the skin and eyes, and in case of contact, they should be immediately washed with plenty of soap and water.
