Teknobond 220 - a two-component fast-acting adhesive for stone, marble and granite based on unsaturated polyester resin. Specially designed for fixing marble and granite elements to each other and for vertical fixing of marble slabs on the exterior surfaces of buildings.

Where it is used

When using marble and granite for:

Manufacturing of products
Processing of arches, columns
Gluing plates together
Repair and restoration works
Fixing on vertical surfaces

Instructions for use:

Remove a weak layer from the surface of marble, granite or concrete using a metal brush.
Mix the resin with the hardener in the container until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Mix 3% of the hardener (relative to the resin weight) with the resin. If the weather temperature is low, use 1-2% of the hardener relative to the resin weight.
Kneading should be carried out for a period of less than 1 minute.
After that, immediately apply the mixture to the marble and press it to the surface.
To mix the components, use a clean plastic or metal plate and a flexible putty spreader.
