Teknoderz EX is a polymer-cement water-repellent elastic grout, which is used for sealing inter-tile joints of ceramic tiles, marble and granite.

Application areas:

It is used both inside and outside.
For filling joints between ceramic, marble and granite slabs.
For interplate joints made of natural granite, pressed brick, marble, glass mosaic and natural stone.

Before performing the grout work on the inter-tile joints, make sure that the tile adhesive is fully cured.
The application of the material should be done no earlier than 24 hours after applying the glue.
Before applying the material, it is necessary to clean all seams from dirt, dust, glue and other substances that may affect the strength of adhesion of the mortar with the base and the ends of the tile.
The width of the joints should be at least 2/3 of the thickness of the plates used.
Work should be carried out in dry and warm weather at temperatures from 5 ° C to 35 ° C.
To prepare the solution, it is necessary to add a dry mixture to a container with water and mix with a mixer at low speeds until a homogeneous mixture. Soak the solution for 5-10 minutes and mix again until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
1.5-1.6 liters of water is needed for 5 kg of dry material.
