SANPOL PT-9 concrete setting accelerator, 1l SANPOL
The SANPOL PT-9 concrete setting accelerator is a complex additive to concrete and cement–sand mortars. It has an accelerating and plasticizing effect, reduces cracking of products, adapted to a slag-alkaline additive, with a slag content of up to 80%. The accelerator is used at normal and low temperatures.
Application:
- ready-mixed concrete under normal conditions and conditions of temperature reduction to -15%;
- small - piece products;
- repair and masonry solutions;
- concretes on cellular aggregates.
The SANPOL PT-9 concrete setting accelerator accelerates setting and hardening, ensuring the mobility of the concrete mixture. Increases the density of finished products and water resistance.It is used for screeds, monolithic construction, masonry and other types of construction work at low and subzero temperatures from 5 ° C to -15 ° C.
Basic properties:
- to increase the early (by 20-40%) and grade (by 5-10%) resistance of concrete;
- increase the turnover of the threshold resistance;
- reduce heat treatment modes without reducing strength;
- reduce the water requirement of the concrete/soluble mixture;
- reduce cement consumption by 5-10%;
- allows you to work at temperatures up to -150 C
Dosage:The consumption of the additive is 0.8 - 14.5% of the cement mass by dry matter, 1.5 – 2.5 liters per 100 kg of cement.
