The SANPOL lime substitute is intended for the manufacture of cement-sand mortars, which are used for plastering and masonry work in the summer. Slows down and regulates the curing of concrete. The additive gives plasticity to cement mortars, provides excellent viscosity, and is used to regulate the properties of cement-sand mortars.

Main properties:

allows you to work at ambient temperatures up to 40 0 C

increases the adhesion of fresh mortar to the base, has a good connection with brick, concrete blocks, economical in operation

plasticizing the solution makes it convenient for transportation by a concrete pump

reduces the setting of the mortar, significantly increases the strength of plasters and brickwork

increases the frost resistance of plaster and brickwork, does not corrode with metal

Dosage: 150-250ml per 50kg of cement, depending on the brand and purpose of the solution (grain size and sand quality), density 1.03-1.1 g / cm3.

Consumption: 5L canister on average per 1T of cement.

The additive is introduced into the concrete mixer, pre-mixed with water while reducing the amount of water by 10%.

Shelf life: 24 months at an ambient temperature not lower than 0 °C.

SANPOL lime substitute is a specially developed additive that replaces lime 100%. Designed for the manufacture of cement-sand mortars used in plastering and masonry work in the summer, slowing down and regulating the curing of concrete. The additive gives plasticity to cement mortars, provides excellent viscosity, and is used to regulate the properties of cement-sand mortars. Lime substitute is used during plastering, when laying bricks, foam concrete, aerated concrete blocks, tiles. Lime substitute works as an air-entrapping additive. When mixing, air bubbles form a large number of closed air pores in the structure of the solution. Due to this, the material becomes plastic, retains viscosity and mobility throughout the entire work cycle and during technological stops. The formed air bubbles give the solution hydrophobic properties, while stopping the formation of efflorescences caused by the movement of free water through the capillaries. The additive increases the frost resistance of a layer of masonry or plaster. Creates the effect of "breathable plaster" – the wall remains vapor permeable and does not accumulate moisture.

Main properties:
• allows you to work at ambient temperatures up to 40 °C
• increases the strength of mortar and plaster
• provides adhesion of fresh mortar to the substrate.
• eliminates salting
• significantly reduces the cost of the finished solution
• increases the viability of the solution to setting
• increases the adhesion of fresh mortar to the base, has good adhesion to brick, concrete blocks
• plasticizing the solution makes it thixotropic, convenient for transportation
• slowing down the setting of the mortar, significantly increases the strength of plaster and brickwork by reducing the water-cement ratio.
• increases the frost resistance of plaster after curing
• significantly reduces or completely eliminates the appearance of efflorescence on the surface of bricks and plaster.
• prevents the formation of cracks
• does not cause corrosion of metal, steel fittings
• solves the problem of lime storage on construction sites
Dosage: For masonry: 250-500 ml per 50 kg of cement
For plastering: 300-600 ml per 50 kg of cement
depending on the brand and purpose of the solution (grain size and sand quality),
the density is 1.03-1.1 g/cm3.
CONSUMPTION: 5L canister on average for 2T of cement.
METHOD OF APPLICATION: lime substitute is introduced into the concrete mixer, pre-mixed with water, while reducing the amount of water by 10%.
SHELF LIFE: 24 months at an ambient temperature not lower than 0 °C.
Works with the use of lime substitute are carried out at base and ambient temperatures from 5 ° C to 35 ° C.
The additive should be introduced into the concrete mixture simultaneously with the kneading water, while reducing the amount of water by 10%, ensuring uniform distribution of the additive by mixing.
Warning!
Do not inject into dry components!
The use of detergent, liquid soap, washing powder instead of a lime substitute and plasticizer, produced on the basis of concentrated sodium chloride compounds and having the properties of "corroding" with cement, leads to the appearance of large efflorescences on brickwork. The strength of the mortar drops several times, which, in the future, leads to "weathering" and destruction of the masonry.

Dosage 1: 250-500 ml per 50 kg of cement for masonry work
Dosage 2: 300-600 ml per 50 kg for plaster solutions.
Temperature mode: use at an air temperature from 5 ° C to 35 ° C
1L of substitute instead of 100kg of lime
Without a pungent smell
