Teknoser 300 is a hardener for fresh concrete surfaces, which includes corundum chips, hydraulic binder and special chemical additives. Increases the strength properties of the concrete surface by 2 times.

Instructions for use:

Before using TEKNOSER 300, the appropriate concrete hardness must be achieved, otherwise cracks may appear in the concrete. It is applied in a "dry-on-wet" way. To achieve optimal results, the application of the TEKNOSER 300 dry concrete hardener should be carried out in two stages at the rate of 2-4 kg/m² in one stage. After absorbing all the moisture from the concrete with a hardener, the concrete surface is treated with mechanical grout machines. After the initial grout, the hardener is applied again at the rate of 2-4 kg/m² and the surface is treated in the same way. A hard and smooth surface is formed after processing with blades (knives) for finishing grout

Warnings for use:

To get the highest quality coating, it is necessary to calculate the optimal time for application.
It should be avoided in windy, extremely cold and rainy weather.
The application of the surface hardener should not be carried out in very windy or arid conditions.
Surface hardeners can change color depending on the type of concrete surface.
To ensure uniformity and continuity of color, the process of laying the floor should be as protected as possible from environmental influences.
Do not add fly ash to the concrete mixture, which accumulates in the upper layer of the slab, which leads to the dust release of the flooring or the detachment of the hardener.
Do not add water to the concrete mix to increase its workability. This reduces the strength of concrete and increases chemical and physical shrinkage, resulting in uncontrolled scratches and cracks.
The product may cause irritation if it gets on the skin. Protective gloves and safety glasses must be worn. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help.
