Recommendations for use:

• It is not allowed to use the material on frozen bases, on bases with standing water, with the presence of condensation moisture
• Manual kneading is not recommended in order to prevent the introduction of excessive amounts of water
• The use of gravity type mixers for the preparation of the composition is not recommended.
• Do not use the material on smooth surfaces
• It is not recommended to use the material outside the recommended temperature range without special measures
• The material is fluid, it is used only for horizontal surfaces. In case of need to use on vertical elements - use formwork, or apply suitable repair compounds Teknorep 300 or Teknorep 300EX
• Additional introduction of water into the working mixture is not allowed if the material has already begun to set. If the initial workability is lost during use, periodic mixing of the composition is recommended
• When repairing weak foundations with low strength characteristics, as well as in case of other questions, consult with our technical specialists
• Cleaning of the tool is carried out immediately after completion of the work. The hardened material is removed only by mechanical means. Refers to non-flammable materials. It is a highly alkaline product. When performing work, it is necessary to use overalls, gloves, respirators and safety glasses. In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with water.

Instructions for use:

• Clean the surface from weakly strong concrete, various kinds of contaminants, cement milk, corrosion products, oils, petroleum products and other substances that can reduce the adhesion of the laid repair compound to the base.
• Visible cracks, seams, joints, interfaces should be embroidered in the form of a U-shape with a widening to a depth of at least 20x20 mm.
• If there are active leaks on the surface, it is necessary to take measures to eliminate them. Clean the existing fittings from corrosion products. If necessary, treat with passivating compounds. In case of significant destruction and damage to the valve, strengthen or replace it. Give the surface the necessary roughness.
• To prepare a working solution for one package (25 kg bag), 3-5 liters of water are required. Fill the prepared container with clean tap water in the minimum recommended amount. Turn on the mixer and slowly add the dry mixture without interruptions. Mixing is carried out at low speeds (400-500 rpm) for 1 minute until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
• It should be borne in mind that the water content may vary slightly depending on the ambient temperature and relative humidity of the air, as well as the temperature of the kneading water used and the temperature of the dry mixture. When performing work in hot and dry weather (above 25°C) it is recommended to use only cold water for kneading and to ensure that bags of material are stored before use in the coolest conditions, avoiding direct sunlight.
