    Instructions for use:

• Clean the surface from weakly strong concrete, various kinds of contaminants, cement milk, corrosion products, oils, petroleum products and other substances that can reduce the adhesion of the laid repair compound to the base.
• Visible cracks, seams, joints, interfaces should be embroidered in the form of a U-shape with a widening to a depth of at least 20x20 mm. If there are active leaks on the surface, it is necessary to take measures to eliminate them. Clean the existing fittings from corrosion products. If necessary, treat with passivating compounds. In case of significant destruction and damage to the valve, strengthen or replace it. Give the surface the necessary roughness. The surface on which the composition is laid must be clean, solid (compressive strength of at least 15 MPa, separation of at least 1.5 MPa), rough, dust-free and moistened to saturation, but not wet.
• When performing work in hot and dry weather, the surface moistening time should be increased (up to 3 days). If necessary, in order to increase the adhesion of the laid mixture, as well as for highly porous surfaces, it is recommended to treat the base with a highly adhesive composition. In the case of applying the repair compound on the grid, its fastening is carried out at a distance of 10-20 mm from the surface. It is recommended to treat the metal mesh with passivating compounds.
• To prepare a working solution for 1 kg of dry mixture, 130-160 ml of water will be required. Thus, one package (25 kg bag) requires 3-4 liters of water.
• Fill the prepared container with clean tap water in the minimum recommended amount. Turn on the mixer and slowly add the dry mixture without interruptions. Mixing is carried out at low speeds (400-500 rpm) for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Soak the composition for 1-2 minutes and mix again for 2-3 minutes . If necessary, to obtain the desired consistency, add more water before re-mixing, without exceeding the recommended amount. It should be borne in mind that the water content may vary slightly depending on the ambient temperature and relative humidity of the air, as well as the temperature of the kneading water used and the temperature of the dry mixture.
• When performing work in hot and dry weather (above 25 ° C), it is recommended to use only cold water for kneading and ensure that bags of material are stored before use in the coolest conditions, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Optimally, in hot and dry weather, work should be done in the early morning or in the evening. The material can be applied manually using a trowel and a spatula. The optimal thickness of application in one pass is from 10 mm to 40 mm. In the case of a greater depth of destruction, the composition is laid in layers. Alignment and smoothing of the applied composition is carried out when it has already begun to set with the use of plaster gratings. During the production process, periodic mixing of the composition is recommended to restore the initial workability.

Recommendations for use:

The freshly laid composition must be protected from the effects of precipitation, wind, direct sunlight. In the process of curing the material, moisture care should be provided for the coating: using moisture-intensive materials (for example, burlap), periodic spraying of water or special film-forming materials. In hot, dry and windy weather, humidity care should be increased to 3 days.

• It is not allowed to use the material on frozen bases, on bases with standing water, with the presence of condensation moisture.
• Manual kneading is not recommended in order to prevent the introduction of excessive amounts of water.
• The use of gravity type mixers for the preparation of the composition is not recommended.
• Do not use the material on smooth surfaces.
• It is not recommended to use the material outside the recommended temperature range without special measures.
• The material is fluid, it is used only for horizontal surfaces. If you need to use it on vertical elements, use a formwork, or use a suitable material from the TeknoRep thixotropic series.
• Additional introduction of water into the working mixture is not allowed if the material has already begun to set. If the initial workability is lost during use, periodic mixing of the composition is recommended.
• Cleaning of the tool is carried out immediately after completion of the work. The hardened material is removed only by mechanical means. It is a highly alkaline product, it is necessary to use overalls, gloves, respirators and protective glasses during the work. In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with water.
