Instructions for use:

The surface must be prepared for application, free of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold, lubricants and waste. Surfaces should be primed beforehand. For 25 kg of powder, 3.5 - 4.5 liters of clean water is needed.  Teknorep 300 is gradually added to a clean container with water. Mixing is carried out using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixing time should be at least 5 minutes. The resulting solution should be kept for 3 minutes and mixed again for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Water should not be added to the already prepared mixture.

Recommendations for use:

• After application, the surface must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above 35 ° C), rain and frost.
• The reaction time of cement-based products depends on the ambient temperature. The reaction time decreases with increasing temperature and increases with decreasing temperature.
• It is not recommended to use in contact with liquids whose pH value is below 5.5.
• During the application of the product, you should wear work clothes that comply with the rules of occupational safety and health, use a protective mask and glasses.
• After use, the tool must be cleaned immediately with water. After the solution has cured, it can only be cleaned mechanically.
• The prepared solution is applied to the surface with a spatula. To ensure the smoothness of the surface. If necessary, apply a layer with a thickness of more than 40 mm, perform work in several layers.
• When using TEKNOREP 300 EX in conditions of strong wind and harsh environmental conditions, it is recommended to apply TEKNOKÜR 100 as a protective material to prevent cracking of the surface.
