Teknorep 100 is a one component cement-based putty, gray in color for leveling open concrete and plastered surfaces inside and outside premises.

Surface preparation:
The surface must be clean, smooth, strong, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold, detergents and similar substances that interfere with adhesion. Damaged areas, chips and cracks on the surface need to be repaired with a repair mixture. Before applying, the surface should be pre-moistened, but puddles and drops should not remain.
Preparation for the execution of works:
Add 7.5 liters of clean water at room temperature to a clean container free of all kinds of substances that interfere with adhesion. Pour Teknorep 100 into a container filled with water. Mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. The mixing time should be at least 5 minutes. The resulting solution is left to stand for 3 minutes and then stir again for 2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous. After the material reacts, water should not be added and mixed again.
Warning:
The reaction time of the cement-based product depends on the ambient temperature and the application base. The reaction time is shortened in the hot season and lengthened in the cold. The material cannot be applied to mobile systems such as XPS, EPS, rock wool. When working with the finished material, you should wear overalls in accordance with the rules of occupational safety and health, as well as use appropriate protective glasses and masks. The prepared solution is applied to the concrete surface with a steel spatula. Layers of material greater than 1 mm should be applied in layers. After application, it should be protected from adverse weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above 35 ° C), rain and frost. Hands should be washed with water and detergent, and all equipment should be rinsed with water after use.
