Plasticizer antifrost SANPOL PM-8, 1l Sanpol
SANPOL PM-8 antifreeze plasticizer is an antifreeze additive for concrete and cement-sand solutions. It has a combined plasticizing, antifreeze, accelerating effect. The additive prevents the possible destruction of concrete structures due to exposure to low temperatures. Designed for use in carrying out concrete works at low temperatures in the construction of monolithic and precast-monolithic concrete structuresBasic properties:
- to carry out concrete works in conditions of negative temperatures (up to – 15C);
- to provide a set of concrete resistance without the use of additional heat treatment;
- reduce the water demand of the concrete/soluble mixture by 5-10%;
- to increase the adhesion of concrete with collateral reinforcement and hardware.
SANPOL PM-8 antifreeze plasticizer is a complex additive for concrete and mortar mixtures. It has a combined antifreeze, accelerating, plasticizing effect. Designed for use during concrete works in conditions of negative temperature during the construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures, prevents the possible destruction of concrete structures due to the interaction of negative temperatures. The additive produces a decrease in the water content of the batch to 10% without changing the consistency. Accelerates setting and hardening, ensuring the mobility of the concrete mixture.
Application:
- concrete under normal conditions and at negative hardening temperatures;
- reinforced concrete products of thermal moisture treatment and normal hardening;
- repair and masonry solutions.

How to apply the supplement?
- Work should be carried out at ambient temperatures ranging from 25 ° C to -15 ° C and relative humidity above 50%.
- Slight sediment formation in the additive is allowed.
- Enter into the concrete mixture simultaneously with the kneading water.
- Ensure uniform distribution of the additive by mixing.
- When using an antifreeze additive at temperatures below 0 ° C, it is necessary to protect fresh concrete from freezing, especially during initial hardening.
