Sealants for concrete floors and windows

To make the longest possible service life of concrete floors, in particular at such facilities as playgrounds, parking lots, etc., sealants of the following brands will help:

• Profflex PU 40. The product is a one-component sealant made on the basis of polyurethane, and has a gray color.
• Tenalux 131M. It also belongs to the category of single-component sealants and has a similar gray color. The MS Polymer base allows the material to hermetically seal seams in structures exposed to mechanical loads and deformations up to 25%.
• Tenalux 112M. One-component sealant with identical polymer base. They will mainly treat the roofs of buildings.
• Profflex. Available in variants A and B. Both subspecies are acrylic vapor-permeable sealants, have a white color and are used for processing seams at the joints of windows, balconies, etc.

• ​Okisplast. With the help of such a two-component sealant, joints and cracks in buildings that do not provide for mechanical loading and allow deformation up to 25% are filled.

It is also advisable to seal horizontal and vertical joints and cold working seams in reinforced concrete and concrete structures using a special cord based on bentonite clay.
We recommend SANPOL bentonite cord. Its scope of application includes not only concrete structures, but also water tanks. Such a cord is the optimal solution for sealing prefabricated parts and installation of pipeline systems of various specifics.
