Teknpolyderz 1K is a one-component elastic polyurethane sealant for joints, resistant to ultraviolet radiation. It is characterized by a high level of adhesion to various surfaces, as well as high strength and deformation characteristics after polymerization.

Where it is used:

On highways and bridge connections
In construction seams from 10 mm to 35 mm
On internal and external surfaces
On horizontal and vertical surfaces
In buildings, structures and railway structures
For seams in floors, ceilings and walls
For building repairs and new construction
In the construction joints of building elements made of concrete, brick, wood, metal, aluminum and PVC.
In joints between prefabricated wall panels

Instructions for use:

The surface should be clean, smooth, firm and dry, weak parts should be removed from the surface.
Do not apply to wet surfaces.
All joints and seams should be thoroughly cleaned with a metal brush and cleaned of dust with compressed air before applying the sealant.
To prevent smearing of the sealant outside the seams, you should use a masking tape.
For application, you can use a sealant gun or a special nozzle.

Application notes/restrictions:

Work should be carried out at an ambient temperature of at least +5°C
Do not use on wet/wet surfaces
The surface must be cleaned of dirt and other substances before application
