Rebar clamps
Rebar retainers are necessary for construction, as they distribute the load on the rebar, which is of great importance in a monolithic frame. The frame is the basis at the initial stage and must be strong and reliable, the durability of the structure depends on it.
We produce two types of clamps: horizontal and vertical.
horizontal:the retainer is universal – it is used on a rigid surface when installing filler floors and ceilings with a protective layer of 10,15,20,25,30 mm on fittings with a diameter of 5-19 mm.
- flooring fixator – used in the construction of concrete filler floors on crushed stone and non-hard surfaces (sand, polystyrene, cotton wool) with a protective layer 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 55, 65, 70, 80, 100 mm for fittings with a diameter of 5-19 mm. Such fixators are very stable and can withstand a lot of weight in the process of pouring concrete.
- the zigzag bar retainer is used to fix reinforcement, especially reinforcing wire mesh, when reinforcing floors and manufacturing reinforced concrete slabs, with a protective layer of 15-60 mm. This type of fixators can withstand heavy loads, and is very convenient to use on large areas and when laying concrete on a spike-shaped profiled membrane.
vertical:the asterisk retainer is used for reinforcing vertical concrete structures – columns, pillars, walls and protects the reinforcement from displacement and touching the formwork, creating a protective layer of 25.30, 35, 40, 50 mm, and is suitable for reinforcement with a diameter of 6-20 mm.
- bone retainers are made of concrete with the addition of polypropylene fiber. They are universal because they are used for vertical and horizontal reinforcement fastening and create a single whole with concrete. Due to this, such fixators are needed in the construction of reservoirs and hydraulic structures, canals, hydroelectric power station buildings, subway tunnels, that is, all responsible structures with heavy loads. Create a protective layer - 35, 40, 50 mm.
