Teknorep 200 is a one component thin-layer thixotropic repair mixture reinforced with polymer fibers.

Where it is used:

Repair of concrete products and structures in all types of engineering structures.
Repair of damages and cracks of any mineral surfaces.
Repair of concrete surfaces after removing the formwork.
Repair of prefabricated elements made of reinforced concrete.
Elimination of defects with a thickness of 3 to 30 mm.

Instructions for use:

The surface must be prepared for application, free of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold, lubricants and waste. Surfaces should be primed beforehand. For 25 kg of powder, 4-5 liters of clean water are needed. Teknorep 200 is gradually added to a clean container with water. Mixing is carried out using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixing time should be at least 5 minutes. The resulting solution should be kept for 3 minutes and mixed again for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Water should not be added to the already prepared mixture.

Recommendations for use:

After application, the surface must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (above +35 ° C), rain and frost in the first 3 hours.
The reaction time of cement-based products depends on the ambient temperature. The reaction time decreases with increasing temperature and increases with decreasing temperature.
During the application of the product, you should wear work clothes that comply with the rules of occupational safety and health, use a protective mask and glasses.
After use, the tool must be cleaned immediately with water. After the solution has cured, it can only be cleaned mechanically.
The prepared solution is applied to the surface with a spatula. If necessary, apply a layer with a thickness of more than 30 mm, perform work in several layers.
