Surface preparation:

The surface must be dust-free, durable and dry. It must first be cleaned of various contaminants (fats, resins, dust, old paint coatings), which can reduce adhesion. If there are cracks or potholes on the surface, they must be repaired with the appropriate TEKNOREP repair mixes.

Preparation and application:

• To prepare the plaster solution, it is necessary to use clean water at room temperature. The dry mixture is gradually poured into a container with water and kneaded with a mixer at low speed for 5 minutes. Let the solution stand for about 5 minutes, and then mix it again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. For mixing, it is necessary to use the recommended ratio of water and dry mixture.
• To apply the material, it is recommended to use spatulas and plaster poluterki. The solution should be applied in a layer that corresponds to the grain size. After removing the excess solution, the surface should be rubbed with horizontal, vertical or circular movements, without wetting with water. The creation of the texture must be performed within 15 minutes after applying the solution to the surface. All work is carried out according to the "wet on wet" method.

Recommendations for use

After applying the material, the surface must be protected from temperatures below +5 °C and above +35 ° C, direct sunlight, strong wind and rain.

After use, the tool must be cleaned immediately with water. After the solution has cured, it can only be cleaned mechanically.

It is recommended to use work clothes, protective gloves, glasses, and a mask to perform the work.
