Hardener Teknoser Baski for stamped fresh concrete, 25 kg. TEKNO
Teknoser Baski is a ready-to-use concrete hardener based on quartz fillers and special chemical additives used on fresh concrete.
It is used in a complex for finishing monolithic surfaces, which consists of:
- concrete mixes
- artistic stamps on concrete
- coloring mixtures-hardeners
- disconnector reagents
- strengthening protective impregnations
Where it is used:
- Internal and external coatings.
- Parking lots, garages and ramps, blind spots, stairs.
- Garden and park coverings.
- Hangars and mechanical workshops.
- Underground passages, metro stations, sidewalks.
- For decoration of retaining walls, plinths of residential and public buildings.
Features and Benefits:
- Eliminates the formation of dust on finished surfaces.
- Excellent resistance to mechanical shocks.
- Excellent resistance to coating wear.
- Creates an aesthetic, colorful and decorative surface.
- The hardener used becomes part of the concrete structure.
Instructions for use
Before laying concrete, the prepared base must be moistened, but do not allow puddles to form on the surface of the site. After pouring the mixture, it is leveled and compacted with a vibrating screen. Then the surface must be smoothed with standard aluminum ironers.
When laying concrete at temperatures above 30 °C, in order to avoid the appearance of cracks on the surface, the following conditions must be met:
- to perform a one-stage filling, if there is no such possibility - to equip technological seams;
- use water spraying devices over the base of the coating;
- at the end of the filling, cover the surface with plastic wrap.
When laying concrete at temperatures below 5 ° C, a sharp cooling of the solution is possible. To avoid this, you need to fulfill the following conditions:
- clear all adjacent surfaces from ice;
- increase the volume of cement in the mixture;
- add air-entrapping additives;
- after laying, cover the surface with thermal insulation materials.
To color the monolithic coating, a special dye-hardener Tekno Ayrac is used, which, due to its composition, gives the surface an artistic appearance, and also acts as a disconnector reagent for printing plates.
To print the forms on the surface, it is necessary to wait for the concrete to reach the initial strength. The forms are printed using texture matrices that are tightly stacked with edges to each other, and the first ones should be laid along the near edge of the concrete platform. After installing the entire set of matrices, their uniform ramming is performed over the entire coating plane. Make sure that there are no gaps between the molds, and at the time of removing the molds, be careful to prevent the hardener from sticking to the base of the matrix. At the end of the stamping work, it is necessary to cover the surface and exclude movement on it. After 2 days, the surface is cleaned with water under pressure.
The strengthening protective impregnation TEKNOCILA 300 or TEKNOCILA 400 must be applied no earlier than 24 hours later.
Application notes/restrictions:
- It should be avoided in windy, very cold and hot weather.
- Do not add fly ash to the concrete mixture, as it accumulates in the upper layer of the slab, which leads to dust release of the flooring or peeling of the hardener.
- May cause skin irritation. Protective gloves or goggles should be used. In case of contact with the solution in the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with warm water and consult a doctor.
