Reinforcement clamps
In the conditions of rising land prices, the number of multi-storey buildings construction in Ukraine has increased significantly. The design of such facilities primarily includes maximum safety, which is achieved by the correct selection and application of structural schemes and materials.
In monolithic construction, the fundamental stage is the correct installation of the supporting frame in the concrete mass. The durability and safety of the erected structures depends on how well, competently and clearly the fittings are fixed. To achieve maximum strength and reliability of the load-bearing frame, fixators for reinforcement allow. They contribute to the exact thickness of the protective concrete layer between the formwork panels and the reinforcement mesh. Retainers for reinforcement are installed before pouring concrete. This creates a strong fixation of the reinforcement relative to the erected formwork, forming the design distance for the protective layer between the reinforcement and the formwork.
The formwork can be easily constructed with the help of spring clamps – chiroz, which allow you to fix the formwork panels made of plywood and timber without the use of tie screws and nuts, with the teeth of your disk mechanism.
A regular chiroz is designed for loading up to 2 tons, and a reinforced one - up to 3 tons. Chiroz is put on any armature with a diameter of 6, 8 and 10 mm. The latter is pressed with a special key, then a reinforcing frame is laid, into which concrete is poured.
Using retainers for reinforcement, the latter allow to avoid many defects during construction, including the manifestation of reinforcement on the outer surface of the wall or ceiling.
Depending on the method of reinforcement , rebar retainers are made of the following types:
- for vertical fittings in the form of asterisks, wheels, cone retainer, universal retainer, flooring retainer.
- for horizontal reinforcement: retainer rack, retainer chair, retainer flooring, pyramid, crown, retainer latch.
- for formwork panels and shuttering systems — a stopper-plug with a cap, a herringbone retainer, a cone retainer, a PVC pipe retainer, a triangular profile, a T-profile.
