Protective layer retainers

Retainers can be divided into three types: plastic retainers, fibro-concrete retainers, metal retainers-slats for double reinforcement.

• The "Asterisk" retainer is used for reinforcement of vertical concrete structures (columns, pillars, walls).  The original type of lock provides a reliable fastening of this lock on the armature with a diameter of 6 to 20 mm.
• The "Universal" retainer is used when laying horizontal reinforcement, i.e. the installation of concrete poured floors on a solid foundation and floor slabs. The reinforcement lining guarantees reliable fixation of the reinforcement with a diameter of 5-19 mm on the required protective layer.
• The "Cone" retainer ensures tight contact of the protective tube-limiter with the formwork surface and prevents the possible ingress of concrete into the tube of the limiter.
• The "Flooring" retainer, used when installing concrete filler floors on a crushed stone or other soft base, is very stable, rigidly fixes the reinforcement. It will withstand a lot of weight in the process of filling with ready-mixed concrete. Prevents the penetration of the retained structure into the insulation layer.   It is possible to install the reinforcement mesh at different heights from the base, depending on the type.
• The protective pipe p/e 25 is designed for insertion, which keeps the distance between the formwork panels in the wall formwork and when installing columns and pylons, preventing the penetration of concrete to the coupling screw during its pouring.  This product allows you to easily remove the coupling screw from the structure, as well as maintain the distance between the structures.
• The perforated PVC pipe 2 5 is designed for insertion, which keeps the distance between the formwork panels in the wall formwork and when installing columns and pylons, preventing the penetration of concrete to the coupling screw during its pouring.  This product allows you to easily remove the coupling screw from the structure, as well as maintain the distance between the structures. Thanks to the longitudinal perforation, it significantly increases the adhesion to concrete.
• The zigzag bar withstands high loads, does not tip over when walking. The optimal passage of concrete prevents shrinkage sinks and the appearance of linear cracks.
• Fixators made of fibroconcrete:

Latches-laths, are used mainly for concreting bases and floors.
Metal latches-slats. Designed for double reinforcement, used between the lower and upper and reinforcing layers on horizontal surfaces.
The retainer, curved in the shape of the letter "Z", is used between two reinforcement grids.
The retainer, bent in the form of a repeating trapezoid, is used between two reinforcement grids.
The retainer is a straight bar, used for reinforcing joints in brickwork.

Spring clamps for fittings are also very relevant today. Names such as "chiroz", "clip", "frog" are all synonyms of the spring clamp, which is a solution for the construction of the formwork.

Chiroses allow you to fix the formwork panels without using a coupling screw and nuts. They are put on construction fittings with a diameter of 6 to 10 mm and are rigidly tightened with a special key for chiroz. It is this key that clamps the chiroz on the armature and makes it possible to adjust the thickness of the formwork.

The use of a spring clamp in the construction of formwork extends not only to foundations, but also to the construction of columns, monolithic walls, laying tunnel shafts. Also, a huge advantage of chiroz is the ability to use it in the formwork of the most non-standard forms. Clamps are distinguished by the thickness and size of the plate, the coating and the quality of the metal used. Two types of spring clamps for formwork are presented in our assortment - ordinary formwork clamps, the thickness of steel in them is 3mm, they are designed for a load of up to 2 tons, as well as reinforced formwork clamps that come with a stiffening rib, they are galvanized, the thickness of steel of such formwork is 4 mm, and they withstand a load of up to 3 tons.
